摘　　要：随着医院的不断发展,医院的信息系统面临着更新换代的需求,即信息系统的切换。信息系统的切换是一项非常复杂的工程,笔者从所经历的两次系统切换实践出发,对系统切换的方案、组织领导和具体的实施策略进行了以下探讨。With the development of hospitals, the information system of hospitals is facing the need of upgrading, that is, switching of information systems. The switching of information system is a very complex project. From the two system handover practice, the author discusses the scheme of system switching, organizational leadership and specific implementation strategy.
