黄檗无性系种子出苗率初步分析

摘  要:对黄檗种子园不同无性系种子出苗率进行分析,结果表明:在黑龙江Ⅰ区内,不同无性系平均出苗率为22.3%,变幅12.9%~36.4%,变异系数为28.03%;在临江Ⅰ区内,不同无性系平均出苗率为15.7%,变幅0.4%~35.4%,变异系数为44.85%。黄檗种子园内无性系间出苗率差异极显著,有选择地采集种子可以提高播种出苗率。黄檗种子出苗率与种子长度、宽度和千粒重呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.754 2**、0.619 1**和0.912 4**。The emergence rate of different clones in seed garden of Phellodendron amurense was analyzed. The result showed that the average emergence rate of different clones was 22. 3 %,the variation was 12. 9 % - 36. 4 %,the variation coefficient was 28. 03 % in Heilongjiang I district. The average emergence rate of different clones was 15. 7 %,the variation was 0. 4 % - 35. 4 %,and the variation coefficient was 44. 85 % in Linjiang I region. There was very significant difference of emergence rate among clones in seed garden of Phellodendron amurense. The selected seed could improve emergence rate. Emergence rate of Phellodendron amurense was positively correlated with seed length,width and weight of 1 000 grains. The correlation coefficients were 0. 754 2**,0. 619 1**and 0. 912 4**,respectively.
