摘 要:为研究甘氨酸(Gly)对脂多糖(LPS)刺激引起的断奶仔猪肠道能量代谢紊乱的影响,试验选用24头体重为(7.17±0.41)kg的健康断奶仔猪[(21±1)d],分为4个处理组,分别为对照组、LPS组、1.0%Gly组和2.0%Gly组。试验第28天,LPS组、1.0%Gly组和2.0%Gly组猪注射100μg/kg BW的LPS,对照组注射相同剂量的生理盐水,4 h后屠宰,采集小肠样品待测。结果表明:Gly提高了肠道腺苷酸含量和三羧酸循环关键酶活性,影响了能量代谢相关基因过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ辅激活因子1α和沉默信号调控因子1 m RNA表达。以上结果表明,Gly可以缓解LPS刺激导致的肠道能量代谢紊乱。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of glycine(Gly) on intestinal energy metabolism disorder caused by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) challenge.Twenty-four healthy piglets [(21 ±1)d,(7.17±0.41)kg] were divided into 4 treatments(control group,LPS group,1.0% Gly group and 2.0% Gly group).On 28 d,the piglets in the LPS group,1.0% Gly group and 2.0% Gly group were injected with 100 μg/kg BW LPS,and the piglets in the control group were injected with the same volume of Na Cl solution.All piglets were slaughtered at 4 h after LPS or saline injection,and the intestinal samples were collected for further analysis.The results showed that Gly increased adenylic acid content and tricarboxylic acid cycle key enzymes activitiesin intestine,and also had an effect on m RNA expression of energy metabolism related genes(proliferator-activated receptor-γ coactivator 1α and silent information regulator 1).These results suggested that Gly could alleviate intestinal energy metabolism disorder caused by LPS challenge.
