摘 要:本研究建立了同时测定饲料香味剂中肉桂醛、丁香酚、香芹酚和百里香酚含量的高效液相色谱方法。试样经甲醇提取后,采用C18色谱柱;以45%乙腈为流动相等度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为275 nm,用标准曲线外标法定量。结果表明:四种香味剂在25 min内得到良好分离,分离度R≥2.3,在两个数量级浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r≥0.9997,高、中、低3个浓度添加回收率为95.0%~102.7%,RSD≤2.0%。本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于饲料香味剂中肉桂醛、丁香酚、香芹酚和百里香酚的测定。A method for simultaneously determination of cinnamicaldehyde,eugenol,carvacrol and thymol in feed flavouring agent by HPLC has been developed.The target analytes were extracted from feed flavouring agent with methanol and separated on a C18 column with isocratic elution.The mobile phase was 45% acetonitrile,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm.The results showed that the four target analytes could be well separated within 25 min(R≥2.3), exhibiting a linear calibration over two orders of magnitude(r≥0.9997),the recoveries were 95.0% ~ 102.7% with RSD ≤2.0 at three different levels.This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the detection of cinnamicaldehyde, eugenol, carvacrol and thymol in feed flavouring agent.
