知识经济背景下宪法关系的新解读

摘　　要：宪法关系是宪法调整国家与公民间宪政权利与宪政义务形成的法律关系,不同时代的宪法关系受国家与公民间关系变动的影响呈现不同的特征。知识经济背景下,社会出现新状态,国家与公民间关系亦发生新变动。在这样的情况下,梳理宪法关系将要呈现的新特征,具有理论价值与实践意义。The constitutional relationship is a legal relationship to adjust the of constitutional rights and constitutional obligations between the state and the citizens. The constitutional relationship has different features due to the changes of the relationship between the state and the citizens. Under the background of knowledge economy,a new state of society has emerged,and the relationships between the state and the citizens has been developed. In this case,it is of theoretical and practical significance to sort out the new features of the constitutional relationship.
