高等院校校内优质研究生生源培养模式探究——以广东工业大学环境科学与工程学院为例

摘　　要：在广东省高水平大学建设中,存在着研究生生源质量不理想的普遍问题。从专业指引、科研能力、生源护航和生源选拔四个环节入手,以认知、强化、护航、提升作为主要手段,进行校内优质研究生生源培养模式的构建,是切实可行的长效工作机制。It is normal that the candidates of graduate students are far from satisfying for higher education institutes in Guang-dong Province that are in development. In this context, a feasible long-term developing strategy is demonstrated to promote the train-ing pattern of outstanding postgraduate students in higher education institutes. This strategy includes four steps, advance directives, re-search capacity training, candidate quality assurance and maintenance, and candidate selection. And it will be implemented throughfour approaches which are recognition, intensification, maintenance, and promotion.
