摘  要:目的:探讨集束化护理联合品管圈在提高胃癌患者术后饮食知识知晓率中的应用效果。方法:通过品管圈活动,运用质量管理常用工具,制定集束化护理干预措施,对胃癌术后患者饮食知识知晓中存在的问题进行改进,并比较实施前后效果。结果:实施后患者术后饮食知识知晓率明显高于实施前(P<0.05),护士解决问题的能力、责任心、沟通能力、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管知识均有明显提高。结论:集束化护理联合品管圈能提高胃癌患者术后饮食知识知晓率,增加团队凝聚力以及解决实际问题的能力。Objective To explore the application of cluster care and quality control circle in improving awareness of postoperative dietaryknowledge in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: Through the activities of the quality control circle and the common tools of quality management, the cluster nursing intervention measures are made to improve the problems in awareness of diet knowledge of the patients aftergastric cancer and compare the effect before and after the implementation. Results: After the implementation, the awareness rate of dietaryknowledge was significantly higher than that before the implementation( P 〈 0. 05) , and nurses′ ability to solve problems, responsibility,communication ability, selfconfidence, team cohesion, enthusiasm, and quality management knowledge were obviously improved. Conclusion: Cluster nursing combined with quality control circle can improve the awareness of dietary knowledge, increase team cohesion and solvepractical problems in patients with gastric cancer.
