摘  要:近年来中国经济保持了快速发展,社会工业生产与人们生活模式的变化都导致用电量不断增加,这既给我国电力行业发展带来了严峻挑战,同时也给电力行业发展创造了宝贵机遇。水电厂建设既能够有效利用水力资源进行发电,同时也能够通过其它水工等设施的建设为农业生产及水利工程提供重要帮助,因此水电厂也是实现资源合理利用及可持续发展的重要电力设施。In recent years, China's economy has maintained a rapid development, and the changes in social industrial productionand people's life mode have led to a continuous increase in electricity consumption, which has brought severe challenges to the de-velopment of China's electric power industry. At the same time, it also creates golden opportunities for the development of the elec-tric power industry. Hydropower plant construction can not only effectively utilize hydraulic resources to generate electricity, but alsoprovide important help for agricultural production and water conservancy projects through the construction of other hydraulic facilities.Therefore, hydropower plants are also important power facilities to realize rational utilization of resources and sustainable development.
