摘　　要：通过对单模陶瓷插针光纤连接器结构分析,结合光学测量和图像处理技术,研发出一款专门针对陶瓷插芯长度测量的光学检测仪器。该仪器的运用解决了传统测量中接触性测量导致插芯端面磨损等问题,提高了检测精度,具有推广意义。By analyzing the structure of single-mode ceramic pin optical fiber connector and combining the optical measurementand image processing technology,a special optical detection instrument for ceramic core length measurement is developed. The appli-cation of this instrument solves the problem that the contact measurement in the traditional measurement leads to the wear of the endface of the intercalation core,and improves the precision of the detection. It is of great significance for popularization.
