摘  要:通过研究输送机托辊的特性,在传感器安装方式研究的基础上,采用光纤布拉格光栅FBG研制了带式输送机的托辊、皮带温度多点分布式系统,实现整条输送机所有托辊温度状态的实时测量。基于CAN总线技术的仿真测试实验证明系统达到了煤矿带式输送机超温、火灾等事故安全监控的要求。The characteristics of conveyor roller were studied in the paper,and on the basis of the sensor installation method,optical fiber Bragg grating FBG was adopted,and the temperature multipoint distribution system of idler belt conveyor was developed. All conveyor roller temperature real-time measurement was realized. The simulation experiment based on CAN bus technology had been tested,and the system had been proved to be required for the safety monitoring of accident safety of coal belt conveyor.
