摘　　要：以人民为中心是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学的特色和精神内核,是实现两个百年奋斗目标的理论指引,其与毛泽东思想以及中国特色社会主义理论体系一脉相承,共同发展和创新了马克思主义政治经济学的人本思想。以人民为中心的中国特色社会主义政治经济学在研究主题、研究内容、理论体系和发展理念等方面对中国特色社会主义政治经济学进行了创新,集中回答了新时期"为什么人,依靠什么人实现发展""为什么要坚持公有制"以及"为什么要坚持和加强党的领导"这三大根本性问题。对这些问题的严肃回答,即是以人民为中心的新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学在新时代的价值所在。＂ People -centred＂ thought, as the most distinctive feature and the core spirit of Xi Jinping＇s Politi- cal Economics of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era, is the theoretical guidance for achieving the two ＂ hundred -year goals＂. ＂ People -centred＂ thought inherited Mao Zedong thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is a collective innovation and development of Marx＇s humanistic thought. The Political Economics of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has been innovated in research topic, Economics with research content, theoretical system and concept of development by people - centred Political Chinese Characteristics, which has answered three fundamental questions of the new period ： For whom and depending on whom can we achieve ship？＂ and ＂why should we uphold and strengthen development？＂,＂ Why should we adhere to public owner- the leadership of the Party＂？ The serious answers to these questions is exactly the value of the people - centred Political Economics of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era
