With the fast development of newtwork literature, it has become an important issue to establish a unique assessment system in the academic circle. However, on the one hand, there are insufficient statements concerning the specific standard of establishing the assessment system of the network literature, and on the other hand the netizens are using traditional literally assessment modes in their assessment. Literature as the foundation and network as the application is an effective means for consideration. What is worth mentioning is that network literature is a means of existence for netizens rather than literature. In the meanwhile, the capital is also vying for controlling power over network literature.
