摘  要:目的对剖宫产术后大出血应用自体回收式输血技术治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取124例剖宫产术大出血患者给予自体回收式输血技术治疗者设定为观察组,给予输注异体血液治疗者设定为对照组,每组62例患者。结果治疗后,观察组血压水平、心率、血氧饱和度均高于对照组,观察组肝肾指标水平均低于对照组,且观察组新生儿窒息率低于对照组,Apgar评分高于对照组,数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对剖宫产术大出血患者实施自体回收式输血技术治疗取得了较好的应用效果,能够有效维持患者血流动力学稳定,改善妊娠结局,保证母婴健康平安,值得进一步推广。Objective To investigate the effect of autologous recovery blood transfusion on massive hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 124 patients with massive hemorrhage after cesarean section were selected,patients treated with autologous recovery blood transfusion were set up as the observation group and those who were given allogeneic blood transfusion as the control group,62 patients in each group.Results After treatment,the blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the liver and kidney indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the rate of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,all statistically significant( P〈0. 05).Conclusion The clinical application of autologous recovery blood transfusion in patients with massive hemorrhage after cesarean section has achieved good results,which can effectively maintain hemodynamic stability of patients,improve pregnancy outcome,and ensure the health and safety of mother and child,worthy of further promotion.
