摘 要:长沙地铁2号线一期工程经由五一大道段,由于该段沿线车站周边控制性建构筑物多、用地紧张、环境敏感建筑多,分站设置空调冷却塔困难,因为本项目设置了两座集中冷站解决了冷却塔设置困难的问题。根据集中供冷系统的特点,本项目在冷冻水供回水温差,冷冻水管保温材料选择,区间隧道水管敷设方案,冷冻水和冷却水控制等方面采取了技术措施,保证了项目的顺利实施。集中供冷系统在长沙地铁2号线一期工程的成功应用为地铁空调系统供冷方案提供了宝贵的经验和参考。The first phase of line 2 of Changsha Metro passes through Wuyi Road,along the section of the station,the construction of the control stations is many,the land use is tight,the environment is sensitive,and the air cooling tower is difficult to set up,two centralized cooling stations were set up in this project to solve the difficult problem of setting up cooling towers.According to the characteristics of centralized cooling system,the project in the chilled water supply and return temperature and freezing water pipe insulation material selection,tunnel pipe laying scheme,chilled water and cooling water control technical measures were adopted to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.The successful application of centralized cooling system in Changsha Metro Line 2 phase I project has provided valuable experience and reference for the cooling scheme of Metro air conditioning system.
