摘 要:选取静电过滤器,基于美国标准ASHRAE 52.2,对其实验方法、性能(阻力、过滤效率和臭氧浓度增加量)进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:1)静电过滤器的阻力随风速的增加变化很小,用于民用建筑的空调通风系统中,可使空调箱风机的压头降低很多,从而降低能耗。2)不同程度的容尘对其过滤效率和阻力均影响不大。3)提高电压,可使过滤效率有较大幅度的提高,同时臭氧浓度的释放量也在增加。According to the American Standard ASHRAE 52.2, the experimental methods, performance(resistance,filtration efficiency and ozone concentration increase) about the electrostatic filter were studied. The experimental results are shown below. 1) The resistance of the electrostatic filter varies little with the increase of the speed of the wind, and the pressure head of the fan of the air conditioner box is reduced much, thereby reducing energy consumption for the air conditioning and ventilation system of the civil building. 2) Different degree of dust has little influence on the filtration efficiency and resistance. 3) When the voltage is increased, the filtration efficiency can be greatly improved, but the release of ozone concentration is also increasing.
