摘  要:为生产优质辣椒,采用田间随机区组试验设计,以陇椒3号为试验材料,研究了不同用量的鸡粪和猪粪来源的有机肥(0、15、30、45、60t·hm^(-2))对辣椒品质的影响。结果表明:无论是猪粪还是鸡粪有机肥,随着施用量的增加,辣椒可溶性糖含量变化不大,蛋白质含量显著增加,VC含量、有机酸含量和硝酸盐含量显著下降,而游离氨基酸含量在45t·hm^(-2)达到最大。鸡粪相比猪粪,更能提高游离氨基酸和蛋白质含量,降低硝酸盐含量。综上所述,45t·hm^(-2)的鸡粪有机肥施用更有利于提高辣椒的品质。In order to produce high quality hot pepper,the randomized complete block design was used to research the effect of the different amounts of organic fertilizer derived from chicken manure and pig manure(0,15,30,45 and 60 t·hm(-2))on the quality of Longjiao No.3.The results showed that with the increased of livestock manure application,the soluble sugar content changed little,soluble protein content significantly increased,VC content,organic acid content and nitrate content significantly decreased,while amino acid content reached the maximum at 45 t·hm(-2).In summary,the application of chicken manure at 45 t·hm(-2) was better for improving the quality of pepper.
