摘 要:为促进绵羊健康养殖生产和对肺炎克雷伯氏菌感染的诊断和防治,采集病死绵羊的脏器组织并从中分离出1株革兰阴性短杆菌,对细菌进行鉴定、药敏试验、毒力试验、16S rRNA保守区的克隆、测序和序列比对。结果表明:PCR条带长度约为1 500bp,基因序列与肺炎克雷伯氏菌同源性高达99%,最终确诊为肺炎克雷伯菌。动物试验及药敏试验表明该菌具有较强的致病性,对头孢他啶等敏感,对青霉素耐药,推断此株肺炎克雷伯氏菌为导致绵羊死亡的主要病原菌。In order to promote the healthy production of sheep and provide reference for the diagnosis and prevention of Klebsiella pneumoniae infection,the organ tissues of dead sheep were collected,and a gram-negative bacilli was isolated from it.The bacteria were identified and the drug sensitivity test,virulence test,16 S rRNA conserved region cloning,sequencing and sequence alignment were carried out.The results showed that the length of PCR band was about 1 500 bp,and the homology of Klebsiella pneumoniae was up to 99%,and Klebsiella pneumoniae was finally confirmed.Animal test and drug sensitivity test showed that the bacteria had strong pathogenicity,and the bacteria was sensitive to ceftazidime and was resistant to penicillin.It was inferred that Klebsiella pneumoniae was the main pathogen causing the death of sheep.
