摘　　要：王雱《南华真经新传》注释文本本身存在着内在逻辑结构的特殊性,以之入手可发现王雱独到的解庄观点,仅从《齐物论》、《人间世》来进行细读,就可发现他开创的"成心"褒义说和他的力主庄子"经世"说。There is some special logical structures of the annotated texts itself of WangDivine Classic of Nan-Hua,and analysing them can find his unique points of viewthe logical structures of The Discussion on Making All Things Equal and In the World of Men, can his original explana-tiones on Following-One’ s-Mind-Given- to-Him and Engaging- in- the-World of Chuang Tzu be found.
