摘  要:采用正交实验法分析了影响混凝土抗渗性能的各种因素.通过制备碳纤维混凝土试件,并对试件进行水压力测试,研究了各种因素对混凝土抗渗性的影响规律.试验结果表明:碳纤维和硅粉对混凝土的抗渗性影响明显,当掺入质量分数为0.5%的碳纤维、0.019%的甲基纤维素和0.18%的硅粉时,C40混凝土的渗透高度由5.7 cm降至2.7 cm,降幅为52.6%;碳纤维的长度对混凝土的抗渗性没有显著影响.Various factors affecting the permeability of concrete were analyzed by orthogonal experimental method. Through the preparation of carbon fiber concrete specimens and the test of water pressure on the speci- mens, the influence of various factors on the permeability of concrete was studied. The experimental results showed that carbon fiber and silica fume had a significant influewe on the impermeability of concrete. When blended with 0.5% carbon fiber,0. 019% methyl cellulose and 0.18% silica fume respectively, the pemleability height of C40 concrete decreased from 5.7cm to 2.7cm, with a decline of 52.6%. The length of carbon fiber had no significant influence on the permeability of concrete.
