校企共建高校信息化共赢模式研究

摘　　要：介绍了高校进行信息化建设中的商业模式、分析商业模式中存在的问题,并从融资模式、建设模式、经营模式、收费主体、运维主体等方面,就典型三种商业模式进行了比较.并以长治学院信息化建设为例,结合本院的实际情况创新提出采用医学中对标本"切片分割"的原理来解决商业模式中各方的利益矛盾点,从而达到合作共赢的目的,为我院后续信息化建设打下了坚实基础,更好的为本院的教学、科研、管理等各项工作服务.In this paper, the business model in the information construction of universities is introduced and the problems existed are analyzed. Moreover, from the aspects of financing mode, construction mode, business mode, charging main body, operation and maintenance main body, etc, thine typical business models are com- pared. Then,taking the information construction of the Changzhi University as an example, combining with the actual situation, it is proposed to use the principle of ＂ slice segmentation＂ of specimens in medicine to solve the contradiction points of interests of all parties in the business model so as to achieve the goal of cooperation and win -win, which lays a solid foundation for follow -up information construction, better serves the teaching, research, management and other work.
