摘  要:莱钢老区两套给水除氧系统担负着老区所有锅炉的给水任务。目前的给水运行模型和给水泵配置均不合理,存在着较大的能源浪费,通过技术改造和优化运行模型,从根本上降低了给水除氧系统的能耗。The two sets of water supply and deaerating systems in the old area of Laiwu Steel are responsible for water supply to all boilers in the old area. The present water supply operating model and feed water pump configuration were not appropriate and large energy waste existed. Through technical modification and optimization of the operation model,energy consumption of the water supply oxygen removal system has been significantly reduced.
