摘　　要：马钢车轮公司日成本核算平台及时反映当月1日至当天前一日各制造单元产品制造成本构成情况,满足决策、管理、设计、操作各级人员日成本核算分析和数据质量监控等需要,通过每日成本的计划与实际对比跟踪分析,及时发现问题,及时纠正偏差,以达到事中成本控制和降本增效的目的。The daily cost accounting platform of Ma Steel＇s wheel company timely reflects the product manufacturing cost structure of each production unit form the first day of the month to the day before, to meet personnel needs from all levels such as decision-making, management, design and operation for cost accounting analysis and data quality monitoring. Through daily cost planning and actual comparison tracking analysis, the personnel can timely detect problems and correct deviation, to achieve cost control and efficiency improvement.
