摘  要:有机硅单体生产过程中的副产品一甲三氯硅烷的水解产物为聚合甲基硅醇,本实验以该产物为主体原料与水合铝离子反应,制备甲基硅酸铝。制备的最佳工艺条件是:甲基硅醇活化温度为350℃,和氢氧化钠的质量比为1∶1.3,溶解溶剂为4∶1的水-乙醇溶液,温度为水浴80℃;制备的可溶性硅溶液在30℃搅拌条件下滴加于水合铝离子溶液中,pH值控制在10~13,得到甲基硅酸铝。并用白度计,SEM,X射线能谱,差热-热重,IR,XRD衍射、元素分析对产品进行表征,并结合量子化学计算结果对产物的组成与结构进行了研究。Methane-siliconic polymerization, a type of byproduct of the trichlorosilane hydrolyzate in the preparation of the organic silicon monomer, which as main raw material react with a hydrated aluminum ion to prepare methyl aluminosilicate. The optimum condition are as follow: the activation temperature of methylated silanol is 350 Tl , the mass ratio with sodium hydroxide is 1 ? 1.3, the dissolving solvent is water-ethanol with volume ratio of 4: 1, dissolution temperature is 80 in water bath; the soluble silicon solution was added dropwise to the hydrated aluminum ion solution under stirring conditions at 30 Tl , the pH value is control led in the range of 10 to 13, then we get the title methyl aluminosilicate. Further characterization are including white meter, SEM, X-ray spectrum, TGA, IR spectroscopy, XRD for the product. Analysis results indicate that the product is an ultrafine white powder with good thermal stability.
