芦丁和绿原酸诱导相分离分配行为研究

摘  要:研究了薜荔叶提取液中芦丁和绿原酸在诱导相分离后在两相中的分配行为,分别选取了乙腈/水和乙醇/水两个体系,考察了诱导剂的种类、诱导剂的组成比例以及用量等对芦丁和绿原酸分配行为的影响。对60%乙醇/水体系,0.35 mL氯仿可以获得芦丁最大萃取率达88.80%;对60%乙腈/水体系,0.1 g氯化钠+0.3 mL氯仿混合诱导剂可以实现绿原酸最大萃取率达97.02%。建立了不同体系中芦丁和绿原酸相分离纯化的新方法,为芦丁和绿原酸的提取分离提供了一定的理论指导。After rutin and chlorogenic acid in the extract solution from the Ficus pumila L. leaves were separated into two phases by induetors, their partition characteristics in two phases were studied. Two systems, aeetonitrile/water and ethanol/water, were selected. The types of induetors, the composition proportion of induetors and the additive amount of induetors inducing phase separation were researched in detail. For the 60% ethanol-water system, 0. 35 mL ehlorofoml as an inductor can obtain the maximum extraction efficiency of the rutin by 88.80% . For the 60% aeetonitrile-water system, the mixed inductor including 0. 1 g sodium chloride and 0. 3 mL chloroform can achieve the maximum extraction efficiency of ehlorogenie acid by 97.02%. A new method for separation and purification of rutin and ehlorogenie acid in different systems was established. This would provide some theoretical guidance for the extraction and separation of rutin and ehlorogenie acid.
