摘  要:弹簧钢线材表面缺陷率高,运用六西格玛方法,对缺陷进行分层分析,发现线状缺陷和周期性凹坑是存在的主要问题。利用鱼刺图、头脑风暴找到潜在影响因子,通过双样本T检验、方差分析、卡方检验等工具找到8个关键因子,针对关键因子制定改进方案并对方案进行评价和风险分析,选择合适的改进方案并实施。使弹簧钢表面缺陷率从改进前的4.6%降低到改进后的2.6%,六西格玛水平从-0.17提升到0.56,制造能力大幅改善,取得预期的结果。Spring steel wire rod surface defects are high. The defects were stratified analyzed by using Six Sigma method, it was found that linear defects and periodic pits were the key factors of problem. Using fish-bone diagram, brain storming to find out the potential factors, 8 key factors were found by tool of two sampleT test, variance analysis, chi-square test, to lay down improvement plan aiming at key factors and evaluated and risk analysis on the plan, to choose the appropriate im- provement plan and implement the plan. The surface defect rate of spring steel is improved from 4.6% before improvement to 2.6% ; after improvement, Six Sigma level increased from -0.17 to 0.56, the manufacturing capacity has been greatly improved and got the expected result.
