政风行风热线节目质量提升的制约因素与消解对策

摘　　要：广播电台的"政风行风热线"是由党委政府、新闻媒体和社会公众共同参与的新闻综合节目,曾受到社会的广泛关注,获得如潮好评。但由于上线单位不像原先那样高度重视,后续服务工作没有到位,生存空间受到新媒体挤压,以及节目本身的程序化、模式化使听众产生审美疲劳等原因,目前一些地方广播电台的政风行风热线节目出现了影响力减弱、群众满意率下滑等问题。各参与主体必须充分认识做好政风行风热线节目的重要意义,切实增强工作的主动性和积极性,与时俱进,在内容和形式上大胆创新,增强节目的针对性、感染力和吸引力,提升群众参与的广度和深度,同时完善考核、激励和问责机制。只有这样才能不断提升节目质量,适应新的时代要求,满足人民日益广泛和日益增长的对美好生活的需要。“Public affairs hotlines＂ are comprehensive news programs participated by Party committees, governments, news media and the social public, once attracting wide social attention and reaping tides of appraisal. But due to such reasons as the degreasing attention from the participation organizations, the insufficient following-up services, the room for its survival compressed bynew media, as well as the aestheticfatigue induced byroutinization andstereotypical modelingof 出emselves, problems appear widi such programs in some places as regarded the declining i^ uenc e s and the loweringrate ofsatisfaction from 出e public.The participatingentities mustfullyrealize the significance of such program, practically 出eir initiatives and motivation, keeping pace with the time, making bold innovations in bodi the content and the form,increasing 出 e pertinency, the appeal and the attractiveness so diat the scope and depdi of public participation can be increasedtoge 出 er with the consummation of mechanisms for assessment, stimulation and accountability.
