摘 要:以商品P25型TiO_2作为钛源,通过2次高温水热法制得单晶锐钛矿型TiO_2。结合X射线衍射(XRD)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)表征可知,所得产物为单晶锐钛矿相TiO_2,呈现去掉顶端的八面体棱锥结构,表面暴露(101)和高能(001)晶面,粒径为50~100nm。当煅烧温度升至600℃时,样品的晶相组成、结晶度和晶粒尺寸与未煅烧样品相比均未发生明显变化,说明这是一种具有高温稳定性的单晶材料。活性艳红染料X3B的光催化降解实验被用来评价所得样品的光催化活性。氙灯光源为入射光源,不同煅烧温度处理的单晶二氧化钛对X3B均有不同程度的降解,且煅烧温度越高,降解速率越低,这是由于样品比表面积的减小使得对入射光子的吸收及染料的吸附减少所致。与商品P25型TiO_2相比,该单晶TiO_2光催化活性较低,说明表面暴露的高能(001)晶面并不利于光催化反应的进行。In this research,commercial P25 TiO2 was used as the titanium source to synthesize single crystal TiO2 nanoparticles through a two-step high temperature hydrothermal method.From the X-ray diffraction(XRD)and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)characterizations,the obtained titanium dioxide was composed of anatase phase,showing a truncated octahedral configuration with exposed(101)and high energy(001)surface facets,and the average particle size was around 50—100 nm.The crystal phase,crystallinity degree and grain size of the sample had nearly no change until the calcination temperature increased to 600 ℃,indicating that it is a single crystal material with high-temperature stability.The photocatalytical degradation of the reactive brilliant red dye X3B was chosen to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the obtained TiO2.Under xenonlamp irradiation,the dye solutions were degraded to the different degrees by all the titanium dioxide sintered at different temperatures.Furthermore,the degradation rate of the dye was dramatically decreased with the calcination temperature,which might be caused by the decrease of the absorption to photons and the adsorption to dye of the high-temperature treated TiO2 with low surface area.Compared with the commercial P25,the prepared single crystal material had a much lower photocalytical activity,indicating that it is difficult to carry out the photocatalytic reaction on the surface exposed and high energy(001)facets of TiO2.
