摘　　要：目的探究胆源性急性胰腺炎经普外手术治疗时机的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年3月收治的胆源性急性胰腺炎患者88例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将患者分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组予以延期手术治疗,观察组予以早期手术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组,24 h引流量明显少于对照组,APACHEⅡ评分明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率和病死率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆源性急性胰腺炎患者选取早期手术治疗能有效减少并发症发生,提高临床治疗疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the time of surgical treatment of biliary acute panereatitis after general surgery. Meth- ods＇ A total of 88 patients with biliary acute panereatitis admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected as objects. The patients were divided into control group （44 cases） and observation group （44 cases） by random number method. The control group was treated with delayed operation, the observation group was treated with early opera- tion. The clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the 24 h drainage volume was significantly less than that in the control group, the APACHE H score was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications and mortality rate in the obser- vation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early surgical treatment in patients with biliary acute panereatitis can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
