摘  要:整体油箱不但可以充分利用飞机空间结构,还可以减轻飞机总重量。而飞机整体油箱的口盖密封性能对飞机安全性和续航能力有很大影响,为了分析整体油箱口盖的密封失效,同时提高油箱口盖的密封性能,设计了一种新型的油箱口盖密封方式,对其进行极限承载能力试验,通过试验验证新型油箱口盖密封方式的密封性能是否提高。同时,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对试验进行了模拟计算,通过对比试验与有限元分析结果,验证了试验结果的有效性和有限元分析的可靠性,并对其密封失效进行了讨论。Aircraft integral fuel tanks can not only make full use of the aircraft space structure, but also can reduce the total weight of the aircraft. And the sealing properties of aircraft integral fuel tank cover have great influence on the safety and endurance of aircrafts. In order to analyze the sealing failure of aircraft integral fuel tank cover, and to improve the sealing performance of the tank cover, a new type tank cover sealing was designed, and subjected to a ultimate load carrying capacity test to verify whether the sealing performance of the new type tank cover sealing is improved. Moreover, we used the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate the failure of the sealants. From the comparison between experiments and simulations, the test results are confirmed to be effective and the finite element simulation results are confirmed to be reliable. Finally, the results were discussed.
