摘　　要：文化安全是一种"软实力",是国家主权和利益的重要组成部分,内容包含文化主权和文化认同两个方面。在世界经济、政治和文化联系交流越来越紧密的当下,我国的文化安全受到了文化霸权主义威胁。面对意识形态领域和传统文化继承发展方面的内部问题以及文化交流领域、文化市场领域和国家形象领域的外部危机,我国在各个时期对文化安全维护都有不同的侧重,随着时代的变化,文化安全的重要程度在不断提升、内容也在不断丰富。应对文化安全领域的种种挑战,可以从坚定社会主义道路,加强理想信念教育;制定文化发展战略,建立文化预警机制;大力发展文化产业,推动文化"走出去"三个角度入手提升文化安全,提高民族文化的自信心和认同感,在走向世界的同时保持本心。Cultural security is a kind of soft power, which is an important part of national sovereignty and interests, including cultural sovereignty and cultural identity. At a time when world economic, political and cultural relationship is increasingly intensified, China＇s cuhural security is threatened by cuhural hegemony. Facing the internal problems of ideological field and traditional culture inheritance and development, as well as the external crisis in the field of cultural exchange, cultural market and national image, China has different emphasis on cultural security maintenance in various periods. With the change of the time, the importance of cultural security is constantly improving and the content is constantly enriched. Addressing the challenges in the field of cultural security, we can strengthen the socialist road and the ideal faith education, formulate a strategy for cultural development and establish a cultural early-warning mechanism and vigorously develop the cultural industry and promote culture export. Promoting cultural secmity, enhancing the confidence and identity of national culture and going to the world while keeping the original intention.
