摘　　要：在锯片热处理过程中,钢板表面状态对锯片质量、生产成本有着明显的影响,本文根据我公司锯片钢板的实际情况和热处理工艺、设备状况,分析了钢板锈层的影响以及使用抛丸等方法进行除锈处理后所能起到的作用,为进一步的工艺改进提供参考。In the process of heat treatment of saw blade, the surface condition of steel plate has obvious influence on the quality and production cost of saw blade. According to the actual situation and heat treatment process of saw blade in our company, the equipment condition is discussed in this paper. The effect of rust layer on steel plate and the effect of rust-removing by shot blasting are analyzed, which provides a reference for further technological improvement.
