摘  要:油气输送管线管一般都需涂层(3PE、FBE)等,涂层过程中需要中频感应加热钢管到某一温度以便涂层,在此过程中由于"时效"会使钢管性能有一定变化,但目前管线管标准如API SPEC 5L-45th、GB/T 9711—2011等只对光管规定了性能验收要求,而未对涂层后性能要求有所规定。研究选取了HFW焊管,X70M,406.40×8.00/9.56/10.70/12.70 mm,457.20×6.80/9.70 mm六种规格,做了涂层前后性能的对比,以便为管线试压、运行控制提供参考。Steel pipes are used with 3 PE or FBE coating for gas or oil transmission. During coating process,pipes are to be heated to a set temperature which will change mechanical properties of pipes. But now mostly international standards,for example API SPEC 5 L-45 th,GB/T 9711—2011 only require the acceptance criteria of bare pipes not including coated pipes. This research selects HFW pipes X70 M,406. 40 × 8. 00/9. 56/10. 70/12. 70 mm and 457. 20 × 6. 80/9. 70 mm to compare mechanical properties between bare pipes and coated pipes,which can give some reference for pipeline filed pressure test and running process.
