摘 要:根据天津市13个气象站的观测资料,总结2017/2018年冬季天津气温、降水、日照3个主要气象要素的变化趋势和特点,分析了冬季气象条件对主要农作物的影响。分析认为:冬小麦安全越冬,死苗率在正常范围之内,生长发育较历年偏晚。季内设施生产未发生显著气象灾害,设施蔬菜长势正常。冬季气象条件对农业生产总体比较有利。并根据春季气候预测提出相应的农事生产建议。According to the observation data of 13 fixed weather stations in Tianjin, the trends and characteristics of the three major meteorological elements that temperature, precipitation and sunshine in Tianjin during the winter of 2017 — 2018 were summarized,the impact of winter meteorological conditions on the main crops was analyzed. The results showed that winter wheat was safely overwintering, the dead seedling rate was within the normal range, and the growth period was later than the previous years. No severe meteorological disasters occurred in winter, and the facilities vegetables were growing normal. Winter meteorological conditions were generally favorable to agricultural production. Then we put forward the corresponding agricultural production suggestions according to the spring climate prediction.
