摘 要:采用Ti和金刚石粉体,通过熔盐处理法在金刚石表面反应形成了Ti和TiC涂层,利用XRD、SEM和EDS对涂层的化学组成、相组成和微观结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明:当选用金刚石粒度为170/200目时,在600~700℃,金刚石表面会形成致密的Ti涂层。在800~1000℃,得到Ti-TiC复合涂层,大部分TiC晶粒大小约0.8μm,个别的TiC晶粒长大至7~11μm;在1100℃,形成TiC涂层,TiC晶粒大小约1.5μm。当金刚石的粒度降至5μm,在1100℃热处理的产物中会形成大量含微量Cl元素的TiC纳米层状组织与虾骨状组织。Ti and TiC coating on the surface of diamond was obtained by salt molten heat treatment from Ti/Si/Diamond and Ti/Al/Diamond. Chemical composition,phase composition and microstructure were analyzed and characterized. The results show that dense Ti coating was formed on the surface of diamond at 600-700 ℃when diamond size was used as 170/200 mesh. Ti-TiC complex coating was obtained at 800-1000 ℃. Large amounts of TiC grains had a size of about 0. 8 μm. Several TiC grains developed 7-11 μm. TiC coating was formed at 1100 ℃. TiC grains had a size of about 1. 5 μm. When diamond size decreases to 5 μm,amounts of TiC lamellar and shrimp bone TiC grains contained tiny Cl element were formed at 1100 ℃.
