摘　　要：针对传统数字化生产车间内部与外部难以实现实时数据传递这一问题,提出数字化生产车间的Web邮件设计方案,在基于对数字化生产车间管理系统设计与Web邮件设计的基础上,根据数字化生产车间管理系统的功能和特点将其与Web邮件技术进行了集成,并采用Java Mail技术、Java Web技术、MVC三层架构设计模式中的AOP和IOC编程思想给出了系统集成的详细过程。通过数字化生产车间中质量控制管理模块与Web邮件的集成效果表明,该系统满足实时数据远距离传输的业务需求,能够实现数字化生产车间的远程审核管理和异地协同监控功能。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to achieve real-time data transfer inside and outside of the traditional digital workshop,the Web mail design scheme of digital workshop is put forward. Based on the design of Web mail and digital production workshop management system,according to the characteristics and functions of the digital production workshop management system,this paper integrates the digital production workshop management system with Web mail technology. And using Java Mail technology,Java Web technology,AOP and IOC programming ideas in MVC three layer architecture design patterns,the detailed process of system integration is given. The integration effect of quality control module of the digital production workshop and the Web mail indicates that the system can meet the requirements of real-time data long-distance transmission,and can realize the remote audit management and remote collaborative monitoring function of the digital production workshop.
