摘 要:冲击电压发生器通过触发电缆将触发信号引入开关进行点火触发。针对触发脉冲的脉宽很短,等效频率很高,通过电缆时会在电缆端部产生明显的折反射现象,应用ATP-EMTP软件建立了触发脉冲回路模型,研究了电缆长度、电缆波阻抗和隔离电阻等对触发脉冲波形参数的影响。研究发现,电缆长度、波阻抗和隔离电阻会对触发脉冲的幅值、陡度和振荡情况产生影响,电缆长度的增加将缩短波前时间并提高脉冲电压峰值,但同时会引起剧烈的振荡以及缩小不同级脉冲的波前时间间隔;波阻抗对于波形的影响主要在于对高频振荡的衰减,波阻抗越大,对高频振荡的衰减效果越好;隔离电阻的阻值为5~20kΩ时可以得到幅值较高、波前时间短的触发脉冲。Trigger signal of impulse voltage generator is introduced to the gas switch through the trigger cable. Due to the pulse width of the trigger pulse is very short and the equivalent frequency is high, when passing through the cable, a significant refraction and reflection will occur at the end of the cable. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of trigger cable length, wave impedance and other electrical parameters on the trigger pulse. In this paper, the trigger pulse circuit model is established by ATP EMTP software. The influence of cable length, cable impedance and isolation resistance on the parameters of the trigger pulse waveform is studied. It is found that the length, wave impedance and isolation resist ante of the cable affected the pulse am plitude, steepness and oscillation. With the increase of the cable length, the wave front time of the trigger pulse decrease and the peak pulse voltage increase. But at the same time it causes severe oscillations and reduces the wavefront time interval for trigger pulses in different levels. The wave impedance will influence the damping of high frequency oscillation. The greater the wave impedance, the better the influence for the high frequency oscillation. When the isolation resistance of the resistance in the range of 5-20kΩ, it can get a trigger pulse with higher amplitude and short wave front.
