摘  要:研发一种新型HDPE防渗膜厌氧发酵装置,解决以往沼气池建池成本高以及冬季产气速率低的问题。在福建莆田某规模化养猪场应用结果表明:该HDPE防渗膜厌氧发酵装置施工方便,适应性强,厌氧消化能力强,工程造价为同类型沼气池1/10左右,对养殖污水消化降解效果显著,具备良好的经济和环境效益。A new type of anaerobic fermentation device with HDPE anti-seepage membrane was developed to solve the problems in high cost of biogas tank construction and low gas producing rate in the winter. The application results received from a large-scale piggery in Putian City of Fujian Province showed that the anaerobic fermentation device with HDPE anti-seepage membrane was convenient in construction, had strong adaptability and strong anaerobic digestion capability. The cost of project was about 1/10 of the same level of biogas digester, and it had a remarkable effect on the digestion and degradation of breeding wastewater and possessed good economic and environmental benefits.
