摘 要:为探讨亚精胺对水分胁迫下小麦幼苗生理的影响,以信麦9号小麦品种为材料,在Hoagland营养液培养条件下进行盆栽试验,设置正常供水(CK)、水分胁迫(WL)和水分胁迫+1 mmol/L亚精胺(WL+Spd)3个处理,分析了水分胁迫对小麦根系活力、叶片抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫下小麦幼苗的相对干质量增长速率、可溶性蛋白含量、根系活力和叶片抗氧化酶活性均显著下降,而叶片的丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电解质渗透率(RELR)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量均显著上升。喷施Spd后小麦幼苗的相对干质量增长速率、叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和根系活力均有明显提高,MDA含量和RELR下降,而叶片中可溶性蛋白和Pro的增幅不显著;与水分胁迫处理相比,WL+Spd处理的小麦幼苗相对干质量增长速率、SOD活性、POD活性和根系活力分别提高了17.4%、24.8%、12.3%、45.1%,MDA含量和RELR分别下降了34.8%、11.8%。试验表明,Spd通过提高小麦叶片中抗氧化代谢酶活性来降低MDA含量,提高可溶性蛋白和Pro的积累量,从而缓解水分胁迫对小麦幼苗的伤害。To explore the effect of spermidine( Spd) on physiological characteristics of wheat under waterlogging stress at seeding stage,wheat cultivar Xinmai No. 9 was cultured in Hoagland nutrient solution, three treatments were implemented,namely the control( CK),waterlogging( WL) and waterlogging + Spd( 1 mmol/L)( WL + Spd),and the antioxidant enzymes activities,root activity and osmotic adjustment substance content were detected. The results showed that under waterlogging stress,wheat seedling relative dry weight increase rate,soluble protein content,antioxidant enzyme activities and root activity significantly decreased,while the MDA content,relative electrolyte leakage rate and free proline content increased significantly. After topdressing spermidine,wheat seedling relative dry weight increase rate,the activities of SOD and POD,and root activity significantly increased,while MDA content and relative electrolyte leakage rate decreased,and the soluble protein and free proline contents of leaf did not increase significantly. Compared with the WL treatment,the relative dry weight increase rate,SOD andPOD activities,and root activities of WL + Spd treatment respectively increased by 17. 4%,24. 8%,12. 3%,45. 1%,MDA content and relative electrolyte leakage rate respectively decreased by 34. 8% and 11. 8%. Experiments showed that spermidine could reduce the content of MDA and increase the accumulation of soluble protein and free proline by increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes in wheat leaves,thereby alleviating the damage of waterlogging stress to wheat seedlings.
