摘  要:对河南烟区的烤烟进行陈化处理,并对陈化过程中不同陈化条件下卷烟的物理指标与有害成分进行检测分析,然后分析陈化过程中卷烟物理指标与主流烟气中有害成分含量的关系,以期对降焦减害的进一步实现提供理论依据。结果表明,总体上,陈化过程中卷烟的烟丝质量呈波浪形变化,燃烧温度先增加后降低,静燃速率增加,吸阻逐渐降低,且套袋处理能够增加卷烟的吸阻,降低燃烧温度,但对静燃速率影响不大;陈化过程中卷烟主流烟气中焦油和HCN(氢氰酸)含量先减少后增加,苯酚、NH3(氨)以及B[a]P(苯并芘)含量先增加后降低,CO(一氧化碳)、烟碱与NNK(降烟碱)含量逐渐降低,巴豆醛含量逐渐增加,且套袋处理能降低焦油、HCN、B[a]P、CO以及烟碱含量;卷烟的烟丝质量与焦油、HCN、CO以及烟碱的含量有较高关联度,关联系数均达到0.43以上,卷烟燃烧温度与主流烟气中B[a]P、巴豆醛含量有较高关联度,关联系数分别达到0.408 6和0.479 2;静燃速率与NNK含量的关联度最大,关联系数达到0.741 7;卷烟吸阻与主流烟气中除B[a]P、烟碱和NNK之外的其他有害成分含量均有较高的相关性。综上,在卷烟的生产过程中陈化能够改善卷烟的物理指标,并降低主流烟气中的有害成分含量,且套袋处理对一些有害成分指标的降解效果较好。The flue-cured tobacco was aged from Henan tobacco area,and physical index and harmful components of cigarette were analyzed under different aging conditions during the aging process,and the relationships between harmful ingredient content and physical characteristics of cigarette mainstream smoke in the aging process were analyzed,so as to provide theoretical basis for further reducing harm. The results showed that as a whole,cigarette tobacco weight showed wavy changes,combustion temperature decreased first and then increased,static burning rate increased gradually,draw resistance reduced,and bagging could increase the draw resistance,reduce the combustion temperature,but had little influence on the static burning rate during the aging process; in mainstream cigarette smoke,tar and HCN( hydrocyanic acid) contents decreased first and then increased,phenol,NH3( ammonia) and B[a]P contents increased first and then decreased,CO( carbon monoxide),nicotine,NNK( nornicotine) contents decreased gradually,while the content of crotonaldehyde increased gradually,and bagging could reduce the tar,HCN,B[a]P,CO and nicotine contents during the aging process. There were large grey correlations between cut tobacco weight and tar,HCN,CO,nicotine contents,correlation degree reached more than 0. 43; there were high correlations between combustion temperature and B[a]P,crotonaldehyde contents in cigarettemainstream smoke,the correlation coefficient reached 0. 408 6 and 0. 479 2; the correlation between the static ignition rate and the NNK content was the largest,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 741 7; the draw resistance of cigarette had high correlation with other harmful components except B[a]P,nicotine and NNK contents. Therefore,aging could improve the physical indicators of cigarettes and reduce the harmful components in mainstream smoke,and bagging treatment had better degradation effect on some harmful components.
