新疆杨硬枝扦插育苗试验

摘　　要：本文以新疆杨为试材,通过不同浓度IBA浸泡处理,研究新疆杨快速育苗的方法。将新疆杨插穗分别用50、100、200、400、800 mg/L IBA以及清水浸泡24 h,取出后进行露地覆盖地膜扦插,落叶后统计成活率和苗木高度、地径、根系条数、根系平均长度等指标,研究不同浓度IBA对新疆杨硬枝扦插效果的影响。结果表明,以400 mg/L IBA生根粉处理新疆杨插穗后扦插效果最好。Taking Populus alba var. pyramidalis Bunge as test materials,through soaked by different concentrations of IBA,rapid seedlingmethod of Populus alba var. pyramidalis Bunge was researched. The Populus alba var. pyramidalis Bunge cuttage sections were soaked in 50,100,200,400,800 mg/L IBA and water for 24 hours separately,then taking out the outdoor cutting to cover ground film cuttings,investigated survival rateand seedling height,ground diameter,root length,root number after falling leaves,the influence of different concentrations of IBA on Populus alba var.pyramidalis Bunge cuting was studied.The results showed that soaked in 400 ml/L IBA was the best treament on Populus alba var. pyramidalis Bungehardwood cutting.
