疝气补片及其高生物相容性发展现状和趋势展望

摘　　要：文章主要概括了目前国内外疝气补片的种类、特征及临床应用现状,说明了提高补片抗感染性的重要性,并深入总结分析了提高补片抗感染性的方法及其研究现状,认为未来疝气补片将向高抗菌、防组织黏连、可吸收、辅助内源组织再生等更加人体友好的方向发展。This paper first sums up the classifications, characteristics and clinical utilization status of hernia solutions at home and abroad, and explains the importance of increasing the anti-infection property of hernia solutions. And then, the paper summarizes the approaches for increasing anti-infection property and related research status and holds the view that the hernia solutions will develop towards a body-friendly direction such as owning high antibacterial property, preventing tissue adhesion, being absorbable, and assisting endogenous tissue regeneration.
