摘　　要：以塑料包装新产品为例,探究了在供应链环境下的产品开发过程,提出企业资源技术系统。由实践结果可知,采用企业资源技术系统对供应链管理进行改进,可以达到提高企业管理和协调供应链上合作伙伴的目的。并且可以整合企业优势、准确及时传达信息、降低开发成本、提高企业和提高客户满意度。Taking plastic packaging new product as an example, this paper explored the development process of product under the environment of supply chain, and put forward the enterprise resource technology system. The practice results showed that the using enterprise resource technology system to improve the supply chain management could improve the enterprise management and coordinating supply chain partners. It also could integrate the advantage, convey information accurately, reduce development costs and improve enterprise and improve customer satisfaction.
