摘　　要：介绍了基于集中统一管理模式的消化内镜中心绩效考核方案。通过对绩效管理参与前、后消化内镜业务运行情况的比较，了解到绩效管理对消化内镜中心运行效率的提升和改善作用，以及对消化内镜集中统一管理推进的辅助作用，提出绩效管理可促进消化内镜统一管理作用的有效发挥，为科室绩效管理方案设计提供借鉴。This paper introduced the performance appraisal scheme for digestive endoscopy centers featuring centralized management. A comparison of the operations before and after the use of such performance management, proves the efficiency improvement of such centers, and the supplementary effect on centralized management of digestive endoscopies. Thus the authors propose that performance management is conducive to centralized management of the equipment for reference in designing performance management of departments.
