腮腺炎疫苗保护效果的配对病例对照研究

摘　　要：目的了解不同剂次含腮腺炎成分疫苗(Mumps-containing Vaccine,Mu CV)的保护效果,为完善含腮腺炎成分疫苗免疫策略提供依据。方法选取四川省某县区发生流行性腮腺炎暴发疫情的2所学校中病例数≥3例的班级内所有病例,采用1∶1配对的病例对照研究。结果共有111对病例及对照纳入研究,总体疫苗保护效果为61.29%(95%CI:24.63%~80.12%),接种1剂次Mu CV对流腮的保护效果为61.29%(24.63%~80.12%),接种2剂次Mu CV对流腮的保护效果为80%(6.15%~97.87%)。结论接种含腮腺炎成分疫苗是预防流行性腮腺炎的有效措施,建议将接种程序由原来的1剂次增加到2剂次。Objective To understand the protective effect of different doses of mumps containing vaccines, and to provide a basis for improving the immunization strategy of mumps components. Methods In Sichuan Province District 2 schools of mumps outbreak in all cases the number of cases more than 3 cases in the class selected by 1 ： 1 matched case - control study. Results A total of 111 pairs of cases and controls were recruited for the study, the overall protective effect of vaccine was 61.29% （95% CI： 24.63% - 80. 12% ）, with 1 doses of mumps vaccine containing the protective effect of 61.29% convective gills （24.63% - 80. 12% ） , the effect of protection in vaccinated 2 with mumps vaccine was 80% （6. 15% with convection to 97.87% ）. Conclusion Vaccination containing mumps is an effective measure to prevent mumps. The protective effect of 2 doses of mumps vaccine is higher than that of 1 doses. It is suggested that the inoculation procedure be increased from 1 doses to 2 doses.
