摘  要:桐花树是红树林的主要树种之一,在室内开展淹水胁迫对桐花树幼苗氮代谢影响试验。研究表明:淹水2~6h,桐花树幼苗叶片硝酸还原酶与硝态氮含量成正相关,但淹水8h,淹水胁迫抑制了根系对N的吸收与积累,叶片和根系硝酸还原酶活性上升,根系中硝态氮和铵态氮含量显著下降。淹水6h,根系和叶片中脯氨酸达最高值,但淹水8h,脯氨酸含量降低,这表明长时间淹水胁迫下桐花树幼苗受害较为严重。Aegiceras corniculatum is one of the main mangrove species. The effect of waterlogging stress on the nitrogen metabolism of A. corniculatum seedlings was studied. Under 2-6h waterlogging, nitrate reductase activity was positive correlated to the nitrate nitrogen content in leaves. However, the 8h waterlogging inhibited the root absorption and accumulation of nitrogen, the nitrate nitrogen reductase in the leaves increased, and the nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen content decreased apparently. The 6h treatment obtained the highest proline content in leaves and roots, but the 8h treatment caused proline content decreased, which indicated that long-term waterlogging was harmful to A. corniculatum seedlings.
