摘  要:本文以数字化矿山的发展为契机,简单介绍了数字化矿山的概念,根据数字化矿山分层,着重介绍了煤矿机电专业人才需要学习和掌握的生产控制系统,应用“人机料法环”辨析了人才培养与数字化监控系统之间的关系,由此提出人才培养的新要求:对学生和教师的新要求、对教材更新要求、对教学方法新要求。With the development of digital mine, new requirement is needed for the talent cultivation of mecha- notronics. Grasp the opportunity of digital mine, concept of digital mine is introduced. According to its layers, knowledge of production control system needs to learn and master for the students of mechanotronics. Also method of 4M1E to discriminate the relationship between personnel training and digital monitoring system is applied. Therefore, the new requirements of talent training are put forward as follows:new demands for students and teachers;new requirements for updating textbooks;new demands for teaching methods. With the deepening of digital mine construction, more knowledge and problems will emerge, lifelong learning requirements is put forward for teachers and students, with a view to deepening seamlessly integrates between professional training and digital mine.
