摘　　要：[目的]为提高CIDR+PG法对云岭牛的诱导发情效果。[方法]采用CIDR+PG法和CIDR+FSH+PG法分别对产后40~60d带犊云岭牛母牛进行了诱导发情的效果比较。[结果]CIDR+PG法的发情率和妊娠率分别为76.5%和58.8%,CIDR+FSH+PG法的发情率和妊娠率分别为90.0%和80.0%;且发情时间更集中,比CIDR+PG法提前19h,FSH诱导发情效果极好,差异显著(P<0.01)。[结论]利用FSH刺激静止卵巢恢复正常机能,促进卵泡发育的作用,能有效提高CIDR+PG法的诱导发情效果。[Objective]The aim was to improve estrus induction effect using CIDR＋PG method in Yun ling cattle. [Method] CIDR ＋ PG method and CIDR＋ FSH ＋ PG method were used respectively to induce estrus in calvaria cattle after 40-60 days delivery in lactating Yunling cows [-Result] The results showed that the estrus rate, pregnancy rate of CIDR＋PG method were 76. 5% and 58. 8%, while the counterparts of CIDR＋FSH＋PG method were 90.0% and 80.0%, respectively （P〈0.01）. The onsets of oestrus in lactating Yunling cows appeared intensively to the CIDR＋FSH＋PG method, and shortened 19 hours than that to CIDR＋PG method with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Adding FSH into the CIDR＋PG method could be improved effectively estrus induction effect by stimulating inactive ovary, recovering normal function, and promoting follicle development.
