摘 要:目的:研究不同浓度Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3混合溶液对乌塌菜种子发芽特性的影响,探索乌塌菜种子在发芽初期对不同浓度Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3混合溶液的耐受性。方法:以乌塌菜种子为试验材料,在乌塌菜种子发芽时,通过施加不同浓度Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3混合液(0、25、50、75、100、150 mmol/L,其中Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3按照摩尔比1∶9配制),研究Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3胁迫对乌塌菜种子发芽势等相关指标的影响。结果:当Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3混合液浓度≤25 mmol/L时,乌塌菜种子发芽势、相对发芽率和幼苗根系活力等指标略低于对照组,抑制强度不高,而随着Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3混合液浓度的升高,对各指标的抑制作用逐渐增强。结论:乌塌菜种子可耐较低浓度的Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3胁迫,高浓度的Na_2CO_3和NaHCO_3混合液可抑制乌塌菜种子的发芽及幼苗生长。Objective: To study on the effects of different concentrations of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 mixed solution on Wuta Tsai seed germination characteristics and explore tolerance to the mixed solution at the stage of early germinating. Methods: When germinating,Wuta Tsai seeds were treated with different mixture concentrations of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3(0,25,50,75,100,150 mmol/L,and in mole ratio(v/v) of 1 Na2CO3∶ 9 NaHCO3).The items of germination potential,relative germination rate and germination index. et al were researched. Results: When Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 mixed solution concentration was prepared in less than 25 mmol/L,Wuta Tsai seed germination potential,relative germination rate index and seedling root vigor were lower than the control,the suppressing intensity was not high,but increasing the concentration of mixed Na2CO3 and NaHCO3,inhibition of each index increased gradually. Conclusion: Wuta tsai seed could resist lower concentrations of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 stress,but the germinating and seedling growth were inhibited under higher concentrations.
