北京大学生村官创业:透视与启示

摘　　要：基于北京18名大学生村官创业者的调研表明,大学生村官经历明显地推动了大学生创业实践;大学生村官创业主要是机会型创业,有助于推动我国创业型经济发展,同时,大学生村官创业也面临很多的困难。应进一步推进大学生村官计划、增强大学生的基层工作经验和创业能力;在创业想法、团队建设、财务规划、资金筹集、企业选址、市场营销等方面加强创业扶持,总结并宣传村官创业的典型经验与宝贵教训,以推动更多的大学生村官创业。The survey study based on 18 Beijing college-graduate village officials＇ entrepreneurs shows that village officials experience greatly helps to promote their entrepreneurship, opportunity entrepreneurship is the main form, it help to promote the development of China＇s entrepreneurial economy at the same time, the university student village official also faces a lot of difficulties. We should further promote college-graduate village officials＇ program, o enhance the grass-roots work experience and entrepreneurial ability of College Students, strengthen entrepreneurship support in the aspects of entrepreneurial ideas, team building, financial planning, fund raising, enterprise location, marketing and so on, and summarize and publicize the experience and lessons of village leaders＇ entrepreneurship, so as to promote more graduate village officials＇ entrepreneurship.
