心力衰竭患者自我护理行为现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨影响心力衰竭患者自我护理（自护）行为及影响因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供依据.方法 采用目的 抽样法,选择2016年1月1日—12月31日在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院心内科住院的心力衰竭患者200例为研究对象,采用心力衰竭患者自我护理行为量表评价影响心力衰竭患者自护行为的因素.结果 心力衰竭患者自护行为量表总分为（120.93±17.82）分,自护维持、自护管理、自护信心3个维度得分分别为（33.91±11.32）、（45.39±12.35）、（53.15±12.61）分,居住情况、学历、经济收入、心功能分级、病程长短是影响心力衰竭患者自护行为的影响因素（P〈0.05）.结论 心力衰竭患者自护行为处于较低水平,且受多种因素影响,护理人员应采取有效的干预措施,提高患者自护水平,从而提高患者的生存质量.Objective To explore the influencing factors of self-care behavior in patients with heart failure, and to provide evidence for the development of targeted interventions. Methods A total of 200 heart failure patients in the cardiology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 1st to December 31st, 2016 were enrolled be convenience sampling method. All the research objects were investigated with Self-Care of Heart Failure Index for the influencing factors of self-care behavior in patients with heart failure. Results The total score of Self-Care of Heart Failure Index was （120.93±17.82）, and the scores of self-care maintenance, self-care management and self-care confidence were （33.91±11.32）, （45.39±12.35） and （53.15±12.61） respectively. The factors influencing heart failure patients＇ self-care behavior were residence status, educational back ground, economic income, classification of cardiac function, duration of the disease （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The self-care behavior of patients with heart failure is at a low level and affected by diverse factors. Nursing staff should take effective interventions to improve the self-care level of patients and their quality of life.
